Pictured above (left to right) is Senator Bunting, Rep. Hocker, Pvt. 2 Christopher Smith from Milford and Pfc. Justen Taylor from Georgetown and Rep Atkins. Rep. Hocker, along with Senator Bunting and Rep. Atkins, attended the deployment of the 262nd Component Repair Company from the DE National Guard Readiness Center in Dagsboro on Wednesday, May 13th. It was a very emotional event that touched everyone in attendance. They are scheduled to serve as convoy security in Iraq after training at Fort Stewart, GA for 6-8 weeks. Rep. Hocker's thoughts and prayers are with them and their families and offers any assistance needed while waiting for their return in May 2010.
